Under Pressure!

Anyone else hear Queen singing?

Just wondering.....

I have Mom's pressure canner:

Intimidating piece of equipment that was.

However, I think I got it!

I made 14 quarts of chicken stock from my last big score at the supermarket.

I learned how to use the pressure canner.

I made this:

14 jars of beautiful chicken stock.

I figure if I make a pot of stock every other day I can take turns between pressure canning chicken stock and canning jams and relishes with the rest of the stuff I got here.

Gonna be a fun 2 weeks coming up.....
