The joy of cleaning out the camera!

These are from some time in June; I think.
Frank and the littles wanted to go on a hike. They wanted me to go as well. This is not something I usually do. As a matter of fact, I usually stay at home and enjoy the solitude. Not that I don't love my littles, but I am with them 24/7; so when I can, I take a break!
On this day, I decided to make my littles and hubby happy and go with them.
Frank drove us to a local state park and started driving around.
We found a very cool dirt hill.
The littles enjoyed the running and climbing very much.
(and I was looking forward to everyone sleeping well!)
Then we found this beautiful spot.
I tried really hard to capture the sun shining on the reservoir.
We drove to the top of the quarry.
As I have a very big case of vertigo, I stayed back while the rest went to the edge and looked out at the beautiful view.
And then further on, we found this very cool place to climb.
My children are very goofy!
(and the hubby, too)
I absolutely love my crew!
And and thrilled to go back and remember.
