lying on the floor of the downstairs bathroom checking to make sure the new drain pump works in my washer.
I called him at work this morning hysterically crying that "my washer died in the middle of a load, and someone had peed in bed last night, and I'm surrounded by dirty laundry". I was crying so hard I am sure he thought someone, and not a machine, had died, or at least been seriously injured. (I did not handle this small setback well at all today.)
So he came home a bit early and took apart my washer and replaced the pump and got it working again. All for about 1/10th the cost of a new washer. (and he even cleaned under the washer and dryer and found $1.87)
He is so my hero!
I love this man!

I am blessed and this was my truly fantastic "moment of Grace" this week.
