JAM!

Strawberry Jam, that is!

My very first batch of home-made strawberry jam made with our very own strawberries this past Friday night....

I picked a large quantity of beautiful strawberries....

... and they turned into this!

very pretty indeed!

I even had enough crushed strawberries left over to make strawberry muffins for breakfast on Saturday...

these were rather yummy

We shall see how much jam I make over the next few weeks..... stay tuned!
