So, what is the point of a blog if you can't brag on your kids every once in a while?
I received a text message from our oldest last night (Mar 10):
"I won"
Olivia won her category (Collision Technology) at the divisional competition for the Massachusetts SkillsUSA today. Last year she went to divisionals and placed second and earned a spot for States. Looks like she is off to States again the end of April!
Parents don't usually attend the divisionals, which is a written test for category subject knowledge. However, this year, we plan to be there for the States award ceremony! Yep, wouldn't miss it!
We are disgustingly proud of our children - can you tell?
And rightly so !!! Every single one of them is amazing, in his or her own way !!! And with awesome parents like you guys, could we really excpect anything else !!!!!!!! xoxo
