Yarn-Along: Closer!

 ~ Two of my favorite things are knitting and reading, and the evidence of this often shows up in my photographs. I love seeing what other people are knitting and reading as well. So, what are you knitting or crocheting right now? What are you reading?

I am getting there.

I am trying to get there quickly.

I am staying up late to crochet (of course catching up on movies from the library and tv shows is a bonus LOL)

I am close to the end - it is in sight; a bit of a distance, but definitely in sight.



The corner on the left of the photo has been sewn together.

That means I have one quarter put together.

Yippee!

I just have the white to finish.

I am not sure what will get done by next week:

Thanksgiving at Mom's tomorrow
House decorating this weekend

Should be interesting!

As far as books:



A lot of Gluten-Free cookbooks. I am going to try to eliminate gluten for at least one, possibly two children. The books are very interesting. This is going to be an interesting challenge for me.

Off to Ginny's to see more yarn goodness and books.

    That is a huge project! Bet you are smiling as you near the end!

    A friend of mine had to give up gluten about a year ago and speaks very highly of Gluten Free Girl and Cooking for Isaiah (both their books and their blogs). Good luck...it can be a hard diet change, but the benefits are often very worth it!
