A Belated Birthday present

Julianne is in a horse-lovers 4-H group with 2 of her older sisters. Catherine has been riding since she was 8. Isabel had a lesson 2 summers ago (and then broke her arm which ended that endeavor.) Financial constraints have forced us to forgo riding lessons for the time being.

Julianne celebrated her 7th birthday back in May. She got a coupon for one horse riding lesson for her present. Because I am such a loser we have been super busy she is finally getting her lesson six months later.

Julianne's riding instructor is also her 4-H leader. She is spectacularly wonderful with little ones.
